FAPI form defs

I built snippets for all of the FAPI fields (e.g. fapi_fieldset expands to a FAPI field form). I was going to create a github project for them when a search turned up this project.

Are you interested in adding the FAPI fields? If so, I'll fork, integrate, and generate a pull request.
