SS1 can't quit console mode

I'm not sure if you have an SS1 to test with, but when using scwrapper the quit function no longer works within console mode. With it installed I just get a blinking cursor and have to restart the console to get out of it.

Additionally controller inputs do not work in console mode but do in the mister menu.

Uninstalled and quit function works fine.

I've verified that both issues remain in both wired and wireless using the puck.
