Add command line interface

Right now the scrapers run as scripts where we hardcode the search term and number of days ago we care about. Make CLI to enter those arguments

It seems nobody is willing to deal with this issue. Maybe I should try.
I think it would be better if there's a single executable file that takes arguments like this:

scraper <website_name> <search_term> [<days_ago>]

I'll be using @thepelkus-too's repo as it is more updated than the rest.
