Follow-up on the release timeline for the technical report and training code

I saw in a previous issue that the technical report and training code were planned to be released around mid-July. So I wanted to kindly ask whether there is an updated release timeline.

I completely understand if the release has been delayed. Any update would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
