Account Showing on Collections even if have not received statements

I am working on collections. This account was in Patient Collections Review. Pt has Cigna but payment had not been posted. But then when you look, claim was flagged once up a time but flag was removed and fin code was changed to (H)…you will see on the notes, it says “ready to bill status cleared due to financial class changed….claim status was still cleared anyway but it still didn’t keep it from being on the collections list after 4 statements although she should have never received any statements.

Don’t know if this is even important but just wanted to bring it to your attention….Just in case. Thanks.
