matlab server naming needs to be resolved

Currently, google provides ugly dns entries for the matlab server which are zone dependent.
Would be reasonable to either have a clean immutable name for the matlab server.
If the dns can not be cleaned up, the name and ip address need to be managed in the /etc/hosts file and the matlab license files

salt will manage the name of the license server in the license.datfiles/ files.
