It seems the /network-instances/network-instance/mpls/signaling-protocols/rsvp-te/interface-attributes/interface/bandwidth-reservations subscription gives different reserved_bandwidth counter unit for MX and PTX devices. For MX, the reserved_bandwidth counter returns a value in kbps, and for PTX in Mbps.
