Followup on UI scaling and density

After further testing of scaling on Shield TV:

• Shield TV won't pickup a 3840x2160 command, it's got to be 3839x2160.
• A density of 540 (although nice looking) will make some apps menus go whack, such as Disney+, HBO. Correct density for 3839x2160 should be 640.
• Suggestion: Make the Display Scaling menu show the current UI size and density on the device.
