Problem with axs15231 updating

I am having a problem with the AXS display component. I am trying to run a simple clock on it, so I did this " auto_clear_enabled: true", so the numbers won't write on top of each other.

But now the log is flooded with this:

[20:47:22][W][component:238]: Components should block for at most 30 ms.
[20:47:23][W][component:237]: Component display took a long time for an operation (52 ms).
[20:47:23][W][component:238]: Components should block for at most 30 ms.

Those are more of a warning - if its still working, ignore the too long operation errors.
