Best way to remove perspex screens

Hi there,

I realise this is an old project and might not be monitored any more, but I have a MoonClock that I'd like to re-flash with a new application. What's the best way of getting the perspex off? Am I going to need to heat it to soften the adhesive gasket?

Hi, yes, gentle heat is the method I used—it softens the adhesive so you can lift the perspex cleanly.
Some people have also had luck applying a few drops of isopropyl alcohol around the edge and using a suction cup to lift the panel. I haven’t tried that myself, but it sounds promising.
If you go the alcohol route, let it dry completely, and you can usually reuse the original adhesive. Good luck
