Allow non-integer setpoint and |Kp| > 10

For my application it would be useful to set these inputs to values that are currently not allowed.
Is there a reason they are limited in that way?

There is no other reason than that there is a range that has to be set for inputs to work in home assistant.

What range do you need?

I need maybe -30 or so. I guess just setting the range to ±100 should be good.
