pybit web socket close not stops timer for send_initial_ping.

timer should be cancel on exit bybit wss, if not we should wait some time when checker timer will be closed due error.

after reconnecting procedure, that consist of closing/opening. closing not work correctly cause not close _send_custom_ping timer. we have memory leak and exception in console
