What problem would this solve?
Requested: hide / collapse the menus (Tonality, Chord style, Monitor…) to give the chord grid more room.
Proposed direction
- A toggle to collapse the control panels in the full window (and/or the strip), maximizing the grid area.
- Keep the project principle "never hide chords" — this hides controls, not chords. The grid stays fully visible (more visible, in fact).
Open questions
- Per-section collapse, or a single "focus grid" toggle?
- Remember the state per Live set?

Pairs with the scalable-UI request (more room / flexibility for the grid).
