README 歷史回測段落重新設計 + 移除誤推的 scripts

- 歷史回測改為獨立段落，用表格呈現分析方法與數據規模
- 移除 scripts/insert-batch3a.ts、insert-batch3b.ts
- .gitignore 加入 scripts/、output/
