[BUG] Screen recorder records wrong region

Step 3. Describe the issue

When I use the recorder from utilities to record a region, it records a different region than selected.
For example having a full screen like this:

and then selecting a region with two top-right terminals (3,4), the resulting recording captures region to the left, with terminals 1,2:

Stumbled upon this bug myself today, couldn't find a resolution, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with hyprland scaling. My prefered setting for hyprland is '# monitor = , preferred, auto, 1.3333334', wich produces the bug, setting scale to 1 fixes it.

Maybe look in cutils.cpp or AreaPicker.qml and Picker.qml, we need to account for different monitor scalings

So yes, it was caused by caelestia not being able to handle fractional scaling, I replaced it's logical-layout normalization with global physical origin coordinates and boom, it worked. I will include the fix in this PR #707 (comment)
