Indented "fenced code" blocks don't render properly

In this example, if you run it through documentation-builder you'll see that the first block is <div class="codehilite"> (correct, but it needs to be indented so it doesn't break the list) and the second is properly indented but renders as <code>

Turns out this a markdown fenced code block extension issue.

I think this might require a hacky workaround.
