docs: wayland interface #210

Please describe the question or issue you're facing with "wayland interface - Snap documentation".
So docs says wayland is auto-connect: true but base declaration [1] has deny-* for core.
It wasn't clear about the distinction between classic (auto-connect: true) and core systems (auto-connect: false) here.
I am not sure how this distinction is managed for other interfaces though, so might have similar issue in other sections as well?
