Documentation issue
We don't have a single README file with instructions at the moment. We shall create a document outlining all the requirements to run the App. e.g. (environment variables available, required ones and optionals).
PS: Currently, we're calling it dave because its in the apps/ folder. But its name will probably change as we are moving more towards what was discussed in issue #353
