[Enhancement] Add more info to the /stats members

Stats are cool, so adding more info for members stat screens would be great, like the number of images, gifs, files sent, most used server emojis

I also like stats, but don't want to add them for the sake of adding them, at least in this case. However, I do like the "most used server emojis" one, since that's something special to the server itself. Not going to implement it right now, since it's not something currently being tracked, but will leave the issue open for later.
