Request for functionality: output values for Output Variables in the same order as indicated in the rule

Example: draft rule CG0999 indicates

Outcome:
Message: "Issue with codelist definition in the Define-XML document."
Output Variables:
- variable_name
- library_variable_name
- library_variable_ccode
- library_variable_data_type
- define_variable_name
- define_variable_ccode

The result lists the variables's value for variables listed in alphabetical order:

@gerrycampion and @SFJohnson24 : discussed the order during office hours 13Jan2026: Currently the results generate following order of variables:

• USUBJID and SEQ separately and by default (no need to specify)
• Then in alphabetical order: variable from check logic that is included in the scope of the rule (not the other variables in the check logic used for the check but not in scope - e.g. variables from a match domain) and output variables explicitly in 'output variables"

What would be less confusing for rule authors and more convenient for the end user:

• keep: USUBJID and SEQ separately and by default (no need to specify) - validators just need to ensure these are not listed again under output variables in the schema and ask rule author to correct in case they did put these under output variables
• remove: using variables from check logic
• keep: variables from output variables but then in the order as listed under output variables since there is a reason why they are listed in such a way because that makes output review easier.
