Provide instructions in readme for running test-validate against the release

Engine new release tests in user environment, regression and unit tests, using source code available for the release, should work the same as in the CDISC development environment.

Test results shown and discussed during the CORE Office Hours team meeting on 2026-01-13.

Installed release v0.14.1 on on Ubuntu box.
Result: tests failures on both regression and unit tests, log attached here.

Note: executed a few validations to make sure new functionality have been included; i.e., #1442 resolved.

I recommend:

1. Documenting the complete set of requirements needed in the user environment for a successful execution of all regression and unit tests.

2. Continue improving the handling of exceptions for execution errors.

@mhungria the unit and regression tests are intended for platform-independent testing using the source code. We don't package these test resources with the releases to reduce bloat. If you want to run the unit tests you can do this using the source instead of the release packages, which we have documentation for.
We also do platform-dependent testing after creating each release, using the --help flag and the test-validate commands.
I'm not convinced there is much value in adding documentation around unit and regression testing to the release packages, but I do propose instead that we add documentation in our readme for doing the release tests using the --help flag and the test-validate commands.
