Create a UI for the DDE. The scope for the UI will need to be defined.

@DmitryMK , @swhume: I developed a DDE UI that I'm refining, ready to demo. Perhaps we can review at the next meeting, or earlier if we can get a few minutes online. I assume Dmitry already have something implemented as well.
