Confirm we are adequately testing invalid EIDs for enum entities

Following #591, during schema-based generation we are no longer generating EIDs for enum entities that are invalid according to the schema. We should ensure we have some path to testing the failure case where EIDs are invalid. (Perhaps in non-schema-based generation?)
