Notification no longer functional

In my opinion, the notification introduced with 0.0.7, which is ‘folded up’, is no longer functional. It is not visible - I have just switched on the Doll app again to see that new messages are coming in :-(

I’m not sure I fully understand. If you don’t like the smaller notch design, you can turn it off, and it will behave the same as before. Are you suggesting that it’s better to display the notification icon instead of the tiny bar, even when the smaller notch option is enabled?

Okay, now I understand the ‘small notch’ switch, it just doesn't work for me. The notch is always folded up
It is also completely unclear to me what ‘Fastswitch’ is supposed to mean, it doesn't feel like anything changes for me either

I just find that the smaller notch has been made to the default mode in v0.0.7-post.1 and cannot be changed. Let me fix this.

Yes this fix works - can you tell for what is "fast switch" for

With fast switch enabled, you won't see the animation with single cmd-tab switch.
