Service not working?

I'm having many troubles lately to get the thumbnail working, is the service down? It doesn't work from my php API or even from the website; it shows 'generating thumbnail' message all the time...

Hey, recently the service is quite overloaded, but at the moment I'm working on the new version with some architectural changes so hopefuly at the end of next week a new infrastructure will be deployed, providing thumbnails much faster.
