Add scroll wheel support for minimap zoom

**Feature Request:**
Currently, there's no way to use the mouse scroll wheel to control the minimap zoom level.

**Requested Feature:**
Allow users to zoom in/out on the minimap using the scroll wheel when hovering over or interacting with the minimap.

**Benefits:**
This would provide a more intuitive and modern control scheme for minimap navigation.
