Prism angle: 60 vs. 90 degree

The SPR setup that is being used in Dept. of Physics UPM and that we are interested to deal with is called Kretchmann configuration. According to those people who deal with SPR on daily basis, the prism angle somehow affects the results. But we are not sure about:

• Which angle it refers to (probably the incident angle but needs to be checked)?
• How does the value of prism angle fit into the equations/code?

To make the software (not the code) simpler or more customizable to use is to define two sliders which can control

1. The Incident Light angle (and incidentally the reflected beam...)
2. The Prism's Prism angle

The Prism's Prism angle which I will now refer to as the... Prism angle and not the incident ray in the software is a slider which should basically act as if it is a "calibration" slider which if not calibrated to "zero/calibrated angle" will offset the equation of the incident ray's angle by exactly what the Prism angle is angled at.

This does however pose a problem that the prism shape will no longer be the proper "triangular prism" shape as I stated in my comment in issue #3. But as long as it is assumed the "flat" straight surface parallel with the metal sheet of the plasmon resonance transverse it should work as intended
