Openaddresses has polygonal parcel data for New Hampshire with arcgis rest endpoint. This address has serious connections problem though.

There is also a link to this site. Here there is a parcel mosaic that can be downloaded from an ftp site, which may be the same as the above?

Notes: This data set comes as a set of files from each county. Each county has a .shp file with parcel polygons and a .txt file that has a matching entry for every shape and contains information such as the parcel's address.

When I was digging deeper into the data to merge it I noticed that it does not have any zip code data.

We will need to decide to backfill zip codes or find another source. As such, disconnecting from milestone.
