A list of New Mexico GIS related sites from the Colorado GIS professionals organization.

An article from 2012 suggests that the Department of Finance and Administration
(DFA) has compiled a parcel database from counties to be used for E-911 services.

Here is the site for the E-911 program. They have a resource portal but it appears to be down.

Their 2016 annual report lists the key members of the team.

However, I cannot find actually contact information for any of them.
