What should our policy be with regard to granting AI tools access to the CHAOSS org?

This could include things like:

- granting an agent (claude) application access to the CHAOSS github org (i.e. as an integration, similar to some other bots we have already)
- whether or not (and/or how) we should allow AI notetaker bots in zoom meetings
