Description
Requires #13 and a reliable way to calculate per-cell pixel size if ioctl isn't reliable.
APC passthrough is now possible:

It also supports "Disambiguate escape codes" for the Kitty keyboard protocol:

Although performance will likely be quite bad compared to just opening another pane in Kitty, it would be fun to see what people could build with this.
