`bin/wombat share <AWS_ACCOUNT>` should share all AMIs with specified account

The idea is that I should be able to build the AMIs and then just give the cfn.json file to whoever. For that to work I need to share my AMIs with them, eg there are ~12 in bjc already. A share function in wombat would be nice.

In the meantime there is a bash script stored in the bin directory of the BJC repo that can do exactly this.
