Do everything from the View buffer #5
Description
Right now, the only file edits we can make in the View buffer are to check off tasks as DONE (or update LASTDONE for a recurring action).
This Issue will be resolved when we can do everything from the View buffer: create new projects and tasks, edit existing ones, etc.
I have very little idea how that would look, but a major goal is to have it feel "natural" for vim users. e.g., perhaps o to add a new task after the current one.
