Request updated data from the AHA

We have two requests to make of the AHA:

1. We should ask for an updated set of the dissertation data we're using so our dataset doesn't cut off at 2016.
2. We should ask if they can share the taxonomy data scholars self-assign so we can do a similar grouping of scholars (by field, etc.)
