Hi!
Any suggestions on how to run MITObim on a large batch of samples - e.g. 100 or more, on a HPC? The samples would not always share a reference seed. The main issue I see is that the iteration folders all have the same name. I wrote a horrible loop that did one sample at a time and then renamed the folders before starting the next sample, but wondering if there is a better way to do this so that things can run in parallel (e.g. the iteration folders prefixed by sample name)?
Thanks!
Ben
