Myself and my colleague had a few compile issues including the CADMesh.hh header in a Geant4 usercode which also utilized Root, due to colissions in the macros Error, Next, and TestState. We solved it simply by undefining them at the end of CADMesh.hh, which may be advisable to add to the repo.
