Please share the updated protocol pdf files for 2DTM and Simulation.

We are trying to go through 2DTM tutorials available on Github, however, the images available on Github not opening and also How to proceed with simulation not clear.
I tried to incorporate path of cisTEM development version installed as follow installed as module
/opt/cisTEM/bin
when I am running script as sh bgal_flat.sh (with advised script) this shows following error
/opt/cisTEM/bin/simulate: not found

However, when I check which simulate this shows
/opt/cisTEM/bin/simulate
