TASK: New icons blocks for Platform page

@kevincrepin We have a request for a different kind of block for the platform page, in addition to the ones already worked on here.

It's for a section that has icons with a tiny blurb underneath like we already have on the live platform page currently:

But we'd like two different variations on it:

1. One version which is just with 4 icons as above, but we'd like to know if you'd improve the design at all, if you were designing it yourself?

2. We'd like to have a section called "Why use our platform?" (or similar) which has two sets of 4 icons with little blurbs. We realise this might be a bit of a design challenge, to make it not too overwhelming for the user, but is there a way to make it work? Or what would you propose? It could also be two separate blocks potentially, but our idea was to have just one heading "Why use our platform" with two rows of icons. The first row is USPs, and the second row is the benefits it will bring you. But we weren't planning to have sub-headings. Also very much welcoming your ideas for doing it differently though :)
