Can't install extension

I can't install the extension using ExMan

C:\Users\enzo\Downloads\ExManCmd_win>ExManCmd.exe /install SnapSVGAnimator.zxp
Installing extension with file path = SnapSVGAnimator.zxp
Failed to install, status = -201!

Also not working using ZXPInstaller:

I have this version of SnapSVG: https://github.com/cjgammon/SnapSVG-Animator/blob/master/SnapSVGAnimatorPlatform/EclipseProject/SnapSVGAnimator.zxp?raw=true
And Adobe Animate C 2018
