Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.於此進行下載中文詞彙向量，但下載後的 zip 檔案為 0MB，解壓縮後也未含有任何檔案。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://ckipsvr.iis.sinica.edu.tw/cemb/reg.php'
2. 輸入申請的帳密
3. 點選上方的下載連結
4. 下載後，檔案大小為 0MB

Expected behavior
一個含有 w2v 檔案的 zip 檔，檔案大小 559MB

我也遇到相同的問題。
欲於相同位置下載中文詞彙向量，但下載後zip檔案大小為0MB，且解壓縮後顯示資料夾是空的
