iOS thinks the keyboard is German regardless of language setting

When I select the Wurstfinger keyboard it shows as German even though I've selected English in the Wurstfinger settings. I think this might be causing the iOS spellchecker to flag words that are spelled correctly.

Fixed in PR #99 — changed PrimaryLanguage in Info.plist from "de" to "en" so iOS correctly picks up the runtime language selection.
