Split the main Watchtower page from the "content" page

There's too much on the front page and the entire thing resets when the table is manipulated. The table should start close to the top of a dedicated page, no clouds, no networks there.

At our last meeting, Eliza kindly undertook to draft a split between the main Watchtower page and other stuff currently there, which would go into something like "Introduction".

...and we now have a nice result, as seen in the bx instance (still not the main instance -- but soon to be). So this issue is closable.
