Suggestion regarding the recommendations of centre ID="CELR-EKK", webCommitId=8001446a

Centre concerned
CELR-EKK has changed its name now, and that should be reflected in the SIS list of centres.

The new entry in the centre registry is: https://centres.clarin.eu/centre/15 and I will confirm if we should use just "KeTa" as the new identifier.

We should best be very quick about this because there still exists moderate hope to see new data there before September.

After an exchange with Evelin and Joshua:

• Name: Center of Estonian Language Resources --> Estonian Language Data Infrastructure
• Abbreviation: CELR-EKK --> KeTa

The recommendations need some time while KeTa sets up their new repo, but Evelin is going to monitor that and possibly supply some prose for the description in the meantime.
