Tidy up edit view

The new proposed edit view is a modal when viewed on a desktop - this appears to be somewhat like how linkedIn supports updating your own info.

The closest widget I can see for the tags that might look like the mockups is this one here:

I haven't looked into the accessibility implications of using it.
