Add Logout functionality to OCP / Keycloak

When user click on the Logout button of OCP, this should call the invalidate session URL of Keycloak. Currently nothing happens. This would make things easier for testing and when users are logged into the wrong team by mistake.

You have to add to:

It's a complex issue, we have to add the logoutRedirect via Ansible/agnosticd. This could be done together with #219
