Duplicated events in the docs

There're duplicated rows in the Subscription, Tier Account and Tier Configuration sections (in the Fulfillment Automation for example).

asset_purchase_request_processing, tier_account_update_request_processing, tier_config_setup_request_processing are mentioned twice in the same block.

If you search tier_config_setup_request_processing for example, there're 6 on the page, should should be 3, 1 per extension type.
