Thank you for reporting. The cost shown in green (even when you don't have the levels) is a known limitation of AnvilUnlocker.

The item disappearing, though, is very strange and looks like a bug. I will investigate that.

In the meantime, could you please send your full plugin list?

I’ll try to find if there is an incompatibility with any of those plugins. If you can try with just ProtocolLib, AnvilUnlocker, and EnchantBookPlus, that would help me with this issue
