No error message when adding a maintainer on a non existent company

Added maintainers to CoHDI project

Assumed Fujitsu already exits (Copy / pasted in the company field) got no errors.
Saved the maintainer.

After adding all maintainers, double checked and found missing maintainers that I have added.
After trying a few things, discovered that the "missing maintainers" companies is not in the DB.

When added with companies as new entries the maintainers where added successfully.

• Issue:
  • The maintainer adding fail quietly - now error about compony not existing, no error message that maintainer was not added.
  • Audit logs only reflect "adding company" and do not reflect new maintainers add or failure of adding maintainers. - Added 8 maintainers, not in the audit logs.

@RobertKielty , new interesting edge case. I added a new maintainer, pasted in the company name as "existing" and it failed in the same way. (because the company is not in the DB)

Then I added the 2nd maintainer, from the same company. Tried to look the company up in "existing" as I just loaded it in the DB with the previous maintainer. But "Truefoundry" was not in the list.
The I tried to add it again as a new entry will failed in the same way as when the company do not exits.

Then I did it again, seached for the company under "existing" with no success again. Pasted in the comapy name and saved. This time it worked, even tough the company was not visible in the "existing" list.

If the explanation is to confusing let's have a quick call.
