Can you try to restart the daemon and run ccc index again to see if the issue persists:

ccc daemon restart
ccc index

This can help us understand where's the issue comes from We're making changes to make it more robust. Thanks a lot!

Hi @Go36625090 , We just released cocoindex-code v0.2.6. The version is more reliable than before. Can you upgrade and have another try?

You can upgrade with:

pipx upgrade cocoindex-code

It also support a ccc doctor for diagnostics.
