Notebook parameter - restart flag not updated in the setup.xml #158

Hello the CS team,
In CS master version 9.2-alpha-4340f040e, the notebook parameters are not updated with the restart option (Read at restart).
In the GUI, if you set that option to Yes or No, the "restart=" option in the line of the notebook parameter in the setup.xml is still absent and so, during a restart, CS still reads the value from the checkpoint file independently of your choice.
